A former corporate lawyer with a double life as a creative, I bring over a decade of experience working as a negotiator and strategist with large corporates and entrepreneurs.

I’ve also spent five years running my own business as a professional photographer working with independent brands, artists, and creatives, giving me unique insight into the challenges founder-led businesses face today.

Bringing together my corporate experience and creative mindset to offer a fresh approach to strategy, I help my clients to cut through the bluster and buzzwords to create businesses that truly thrive.

I’m also passionate about making the world a fairer, more equitable place to live and work. A proud volunteer with a trans youth charity, working for inclusion and treating people like human beings (rather than just data points on a spreadsheet) is at the core of my work.

I’m based near Bristol, UK, but am happy to work virtually with you, no matter where you are, or host in-person days in Bristol or Somerset.
